Maxi Nil (former member of On Thorns I Lay and Elysion) was born in Athens Greece and her love for music was born in the age of 5.After taking flute,guitar and piano lessons,and never succeeded because she was too bored to study,a friend convinced her to join a rock band as a singer at the age of 16.And then the story begins!!!!Maxi started writing lyrics and songs and until now she feels that this is the only thing she could ever do in her life...
Some of the most important moments for Maxi were supporting Amorphis in 2004,The Gathering in 2007,Diary of Dreams in 2008, sharing the stage with Star Industry in the song Last Crusades which is also included in their live album called "Black Angel White Devil" and singing twice on stage with Moonspell in Athens.In February 2009,and while working on her solo project ,she supported the Dutch band Agua De Annique.
In June 2009 Maxi joined the Austrian band Visions of Atlantis and the journey goes on...
